You may request financing through Home Comfort Suppliers by filling out our
form and submitting it. You should receive an approval/declined within 3
business days
Payment Options
If you do not feel comfortable making your purchase with an online payment at
the final check out screen, please check the box that states "Pay by Phone."
Your order will be completed on our web system, and you will receive a phone
call to complete your payment transaction. Please feel free to contact us if we do not get back
to you quickly enough.

Change your password
You may change your password as often as you like. If you feel as if your
account is being altered in any way, please change your password. It is
recommended you use a common password that you will remember, but hard for others
to get.
Change your name and address
If you have moved and you are making a new purchase, please take note that you
will need to alert the card company of your new address first before your
transaction will be approved by our payment gateway. It is recomended that you
use you card address and put your current address in the SHIP TO column.
Change your E-Mail Address
We send all of your receipts to your logged e-mail address. Be sure the address
you change is valid and accessible to you.
Opt in/out of Subscriptions
All of our clients in our database will receive information, updates, or
promotional pieces. If you wish not to receive this information, please login
and go to My Account and click on Opt in/Out of subscriptions.
View Orders
If you have cleared your cache on your computer, or you are logging in from
another computer, it is possible you will not see your previous order.
Cancel Items or Orders
If you are on our automatic filter program you can select to cancel this
program at any time. Orders shipped cannot be cancelled. They will arrive by
the shipping company selected. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy on our
FAQ page.
Recently Viewed Items
You can look at the items you have viewed
after you have left the Home Comfort Suppliers
web site and came back. This feature allows you to go back to an item you
were looking at, at a previous time.
