How do I get my purchase?

Our company will ship your purchase through the most cost effective method possible, unless requested prior to completing an order.

Is my Online payment information safe?

Is my personal information safe?

Yes! Our company does not release information to anyone for any reason.

Does your company install my purchase?

No. We offer an online phone book called Home Comfort Suppliers Contractor Pages. You may choose to locate an installer in your area or select one from the Contractor Pages on our site.

Why was I declined?

Several possible reasons why a transaction may be declined:
1) Improper spelling of name on payment card. Be sure you use the exact spelling layout on your payment card as your registered information.
2) Be sure your billing address is the same as the selected "payment card".
3) Bank cards are known to have a daily spending limit as credit cards do not. Contact your bank and request information on daily spending limits.
4) You may have exceeded your available funds.

I need to make returns and refunds

Parts that are electronic or have electronic components are not eligible for returns or a refund. Home Comfort Suppliers is not capable of receiving a refund from our suppliers for parts or equipment of such nature. We do advise shipping insurance on all purchases.

What if I use shipping insurance?

If you have chosen shipping insurance we will replace the product promptly without any delays if damage is due to shipping. Home Comfort Suppliers will need the damaged product returned to us with a signed and dated statement from you, and a copy of the insurance receipt. If two products are shipped to you and the damaged product is not returned within 30 days, you will be billed for products plus shipping and handling.

I don’t know what is the correct part to buy?

Please contact us before you make a purchase so that we may do the best we can to match you with the correct part and/or equipment.

What equipment do you NOT sell

We do not sell: Trane, Lenox, or Goodman. However, we do sell parts for the systems. We do not sell after market parts. Certain Bryant and Carrier units, parts, and equipment are not sold by Home Comfort Suppliers.Com including (Puron Units and the Infinity Control Thermostat). These items require advanced trained professionals with certificates for proper installation

What countries do we ship to?

We only ship to the United States and Canada. The units and parts are designed for the U.S. electrical power supply and are compliant with EPA codes.
